We are proud to partner with Samaritan's Purse and support whenever we are able.
Samaritan's Purse is a non-profit, Christian organisation that supports churches and provides emergency relief and development assistance to suffering people around the world. They work through local churches to meet the physical needs of victims of war, famine, natural disaster and disease, with the aim of demonstrating God's love and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. The aid and assistance are given without regard to the race, creed, gender, religion or ethnicity of the beneficiaries.
As a church, we send money to support with emergency relief when there are specific events - recent examples include the hurricanes in the Caribbean and the Rohingya crisis in Bangladesh. We also pray regularly for Samaritan's Purse and for the communities in which they work.
Samaritan's Purse also runs Operation Christmas Child and we are proud to partner with them in this every year. Shoeboxes filled with gifts are sent and distributed to children all around the world, giving local churches the opportunity to demonstrate the love of God and allowing children and their families the chance to hear about the Good News of Jesus.
