Operation Christmas Child

We are excited to be partnering with Samaritan's Purse once again by taking part in Operation Christmas Child, and invite you to join us!

By packing a shoe box with some simple fun gifts, you can be part of changing children's lives all over the world!

(1) Find an empty medium sized shoebox.  If you are wrapping your box, please wrap the lid and box separately. If you prefer, you can pick up a specially made shoebox from us for 50p.

(2) Download and print the appropriate boy/girl label.  Mark the correct age category and stick the label on the top of your shoebox.

(3) Fill your shoebox with a variety of new gifts that will bring delight to a child. Click here for some suggestions and a list of prohibited items.

(4) Please include a £5 donation with your box to cover shipping.  This can be by cash in your box; alternatively, by donating online and printing the barcode, you will be able to track where your box is sent.

(5) Take your box to your nearest drop off point between 1st-18th November.  This church is a drop off point, or click here to find an alternative.

We will be launching our Shoebox Appeal this year on Sunday 1st October.  You are invited to join us to hear more about this amazing project and how you can be involved, and watch footage of children receiving their shoeboxes and opening them.

When the drop off window closes, we are inviting everybody who has been involved and donated a shoe box (from our church, other local churches, schools, and you!) to a special celebration on Sunday 19th November @ 4pm.  This will be our chance to thank you for your contribution, to hear first hand stories of the impact of these shoe boxes, and to pray for the children who will receive the boxes we have collected. We will be joined by Clemy Gilmore, Regional Manager for Operation Christmas Child.
